Case Study 1: City of Melbourne - Change of behaviour in pedestrian congestion

This project was a mini hack where I was given 48 hours to think of a solution to ease pedestrian congestion and it was a rewarding experience. With this mini hack, I was collaborated with 2 other UX designers, web developers and the data analysis students. It was a challenging yet, good experience because it has placed my communication and team-work skills into practice.

Client Project: Whitelion- Courage to grow - Improving the user experience of the company website

The company website has not been updated for quite a number of years. The company wants to know what similar and competing organisations are doing in regards to donor engagement and the sharing of information. They want a coherent way to deliver information on their various programs and events from various states. They also want to update their online profile to be more relevant and engaging.
